Open a New Account
If you do not currently have an account with Pacific Northern Gas and you are moving to property within the Pacific Northern Gas Service Area and need natural gas service established in your name, please complete the online form below.
Upon approval of your new gas service our customer care representatives will contact you with your new account number. Since natural gas is billed after it is used, all new customers may be required to pay a security deposit pending a credit approval by the company. Once you have obtained your new account number you can apply for Pre-Authorized and Budget Billing plans online. Please be aware that a connection/transfer charge will be applied to your first bill on your new account.
If you have an existing Pacific Northern Gas account, and you need to transfer your account to another address that has natural gas within the Pacific Northern Gas area, please use the Transfer an Existing Account form.
If you have an existing Pacific Northern Gas account and are moving to an address that does not have gas within the Pacific Northern Gas area, please use the Close an Existing Account form.
