If you have an existing Pacific Northern Gas account and are moving to an address that does not have gas within the Pacific Northern Gas area, please use complete the online form below.

If you have an existing Pacific Northern Gas account, and you need to transfer your account to another address that has natural gas within the Pacific Northern Gas area, please use the Transfer an Existing Account form.

If you are a first-time customer or do not currently have an account with Pacific Northern Gas and you are moving to property within the Pacific Northern Gas Service Area and need natural gas service established in your name, please use the Open a New Account form.

Our Customer Contact Representatives work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time except on major holidays. Please allow at least two business days for us to complete your order.
