page, and fax or mail it to PNG or place it in the
drop box at your local PNG office. |

Yes. Just tell us you want to cancel
your enrollment in the Budget Billing
Plan, by fax, telephone or mail. |

What if I overpay or underpay? |

At the end of each plan year we do
any adjustments required on our
Budget Billing accounts. |

What if my payments are too much? |
A |
If you think your payments are too
high contact our office and we will
review your consumption history and
will, if necessary adjust your payment
amount. |

Authorized Payment Plan? |
A |
Just fill out the application on the next
page, attach a personal cheque
marked VOID and mail or fax it in to PNG
or place it in the dropbox at the local office. |

Which banks are participating? |
A |
All banks, credit unions and trust
companies participate. |

What if I switch banks? |
A |
Just fill out a new application, attach a
new void cheque and mail it to PNG or
drop it off at your local PNG office. |

Can I change my mind? |

Yes. Just tell us you want to cancel
your enrollment in the Pre-Authorized
Payment Plan by telephone or mail. |

Will I still get bills in the mail? |
A |
Yes. Your bill will still come to you as it
does now, but the bill payment will be
made automatically if you are enrolled
in the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan.
Please check your bill when it arrives. If
you suspect there is an inaccuracy on
your bill, call our Customer Care Center
at 1 800 667-2297 as soon as possible. |

Will I have to pay bank fees for this
service? |

It will depend on your bank's policies
and the type of account you have.
However, the fee you pay for Pre-
Authorized Payments should be less
than the fee charged for processing a
cheque. |
It's important for you to know that if you are enrolled in the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
your payments will be deducted early the morning of the due date. Therefore, sufficent
funds or bank approved overdraft protection must be available at the time to avoid
