


Roy G. Dyce
Roy G. Dyce is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. Mr. Dyce was appointed President and CEO in 1994 and has served as a Director of Pacific Northern Gas since 1982.
He began his career with Westcoast Energy Inc. in 1966 in Westcoast's Engineering Department. During his 13 years with Westcoast, Mr. Dyce's main areas of responsibility were in corporate development, marketing and regulatory affairs. He was involved with the launching of Pacific Northern Gas in the late 1960s and joined the Company in 1980.
Mr. Dyce was born in Arthur, Ontario in 1945. He graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario in 1966 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. During the 1970s, he was enrolled at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia in a B.A. commerce program and completed numerous accounting, finance and economic courses. In 1982, he completed the Executive Development Program at the Banff School of Advanced Management.
Mr. Dyce is a member of the board of directors of the Canadian Gas Association.
Greg B. Weeres, P.Eng, C.I.M.
Greg B. Weeres is the Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. Prior to joining Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. in 1998 he was with BC Gas Utility Ltd. and its predecessor company Inland Natural Gas Ltd. for 15 years.
Mr. Weeres began his career in Vancouver for Inland Natural Gas in the design engineering area in 1983. Two years later he relocated to Prince George BC to take over the engineering responsibilities for the northern part of Inland's operation.
From 1989-1995 Mr. Weeres resided in Kelowna and held a number of different positions including Operations Manager, District Manager, and Manager Customer Services. These positions continued to broaden his experience in the areas of Engineering, Construction, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Government Relations, and Regulatory Affairs. In 1995 he moved back to Vancouver to lead the Customer Service function throughout the province for BC Gas.
Mr. Weeres was born in Stettler, Alberta in 1961. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree (civil engineering) from the University of Calgary. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, the Canadian Institute of Management, the Standing Committee on Operations for the Canadian Gas Association and a member of the board of directors of the Canadian Standards Association.
Janet Kennedy Janet P. Kennedy joined Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. in October 2007 as Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Pacific Northern Gas, she was with Terasen Inc. from 1993 to 2006, most recently as Director, Financial Planning & Projects. Ms. Kennedy worked as an independent consultant during 2006 and 2007.
During her thirteen years at Terasen, Ms. Kennedy's main areas of responsibility were: financial planning, M&A projects, strategic planning, financial reporting, financial accounting, plant accounting and budgeting, and the oversight of various corporate investments. She was the controller for both Terasen Inc. and Terasen Gas Inc. from 2000 to 2002.
She began her career with KPMG in 1987 in Vancouver. During her six years with KPMG, in both Vancouver and Madrid, Spain, Ms. Kennedy provided audit, accounting, and US tax services to corporate clients, mainly in the utility and energy sector, mining, and broadcasting industries.
Ms. Kennedy was born in Lima, Peru in 1964. She graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1988 with a degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting. In 1991, Ms. Kennedy qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Kevin R. Teitge
Kevin R. Teitge is Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer for Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. Mr. Teitge joined the Company in early 2004 as Senior Financial Officer and acted as Interim CFO of the Company for six months commencing March 2004. Prior to joining Pacific Northern Gas Ltd., Mr. Teitge spent a brief period as an independent consultant in 2003 following seven years with Westcoast Energy (Spectra Energy), most recently as Director, Corporate and Project Finance. In this position, Mr. Teitge participated in the development and execution of the finance plan for Westcoast and its subsidiaries, including Pacific Northern Gas. Execution of the finance plan included negotiating large project financings, arranging corporate operating and capital facilities, and debt issues.
Mr. Teitge has public sector experience having worked for the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources of the Province of British Columbia managing the Vancouver Island Gas Pipeline Project restructuring. He also worked for Alberta Energy Company (now EnCana Corporation) for several years in the areas of business development, gas marketing, market research and economics.
Mr. Teitge was born in Edmonton, Alberta in 1959 and holds a M.A. (Economics) from the University of British Columbia.
Craig P. Donohue
Craig P. Donohue was appointed as the Director Regulatory Affairs and Gas Supply for Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. in 1998. He commenced employment with PNG in 1990 as Manager of Regulatory Affairs. In late 2003, Mr. Donohue was also appointed to the position of Assistant Secretary.
He began his career with Westcoast Energy Inc. in 1980 in Westcoast's Legal Department. During his 10 years with Westcoast, Mr. Donohue's main areas of responsibility were in corporate/commercial legal matters relating to Westcoast's day-to-day business activities. Mr. Donohue also provided legal services to PNG in his capacity as Assistant Secretary of the Company from 1982 to 1990.
Mr. Donohue was born in North Vancouver, B.C. in 1953. He graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1976 with a B.A. degree, Major in Commerce/Minor in Kinesiology. In 1980, he successfully completed his requirements for admission to the Law Society of B.C.
R. Graeme Doak
R. Graeme Doak joined PNG in 2009 as Director Human Resources and has responsibility for all of PNG's human resource matters.
Graeme has considerable experience in the field of human resources and prior to joining PNG was working in Dublin, Ireland where he was senior executive rewards consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Prior to his assignment in Ireland, Graeme spent 12 years as Principal Consultant (and founder) at Total Compensation Services in Vancouver, following previous management positions held with Terasen Gas, Telus, Nexen and Canadian Superior Oil.
Graeme is a graduate of the University of Victoria.
